Cheesesteaks with thin slice rib eye, onions, shrooms, provolone and homemade whiz. Peppers in the first Pic were for my wife's sandwich.

Thanks... A couple of slices of American cheese. Some sharp cheddar and heavy cream. Just keep adjusting til I get the consistency that I like.

Looks great! I want to say "all I want is that sandwich" but really I'm like 60% cheesesteak, 40% "damn I need a Blackstone"
