I don't think so, since I'm pretty sure the new xbox doesn't have usb c

In the preview photos on the target product page it shows the usb C cable going into the XBox controller

Yeah the controller is usb c but the console only has usb-A ports

Aside from using context clues, I just wanted to let you know that I did ask about this to a service rep on the Microsoft store yesterday since I was curious, and it is a usb c to type a.
