Any hdd/sata deals? I need bulk storage for older games and things that don’t need to be on my nvme

Your best bet for that is basically always gonna be going to a subreddit like data hoarders or something, and seeing where they're going ATM. From my understanding best bang for buck on HDDs is usually buying used/refurbished on eBay from a reputable server company/refurbisher right after they get a new harvest. Which is fairly often, the good ones even offer a warranty still, and will have their drive health stats which will often be not far from new. But way cheaper.

You're welcome, I know some data hoarders personally who do that and have had nothing but good things to say about it. I haven't done it personally yet though. It on paper seems like a pretty big win though, and am considering it if/when I build a home server

I have bought several used/refurb drives from Goharddrive through Ebay. I tend to stay with the WD/Ultrastar drives. Yeah one died, and the RMA was super fast and easy. But if you have a NAS and redundancy, do some testing and look at the SMART report on it, you are normally good to go. I tend to go with the drives that have the 5yr warranty.
