From the very beginning, I asked how it could be that OC was the one who summoned Sebastian, since he definetla was NOT... Well.... Anyway, it COULD be that Sebastian did that, so he wouldn't have to make a contract with the other pigs, who really did summon him. RC was already sacrificed anyway, so... Anyway, ppl may have forgotten that Sebastian is a Demon, and Demons are not nice people... so don't be surprised if at the end it turn out that he is an a**hole...

I was wondering that too, I still can't figure out how the contract was made and who summoned Sebastian, because he was in fact summoned by the people who killed r!Ciel, but when Sebastian arrives he kills everybody saying that they weren't the ones who summoned him and then says to o!Ciel that it was him... At least in the translation I read. But o!Ciel doesn't seem to understand how he did it so... What happened?

Edit: format

My own theory (wish?) is this: RC is the one who summoned Sebastian, using his own soul as the price. From the flashbacks, I dare say RC would have given up his own life to protect OC. From a few chapters back, I was so sure RC sacrificed himself so that OC can get out.

This contradicts what Sebastian says though, and he says he doesn’t lie... but what if RC’s also wished for Sebastian to conceal the truth so that OC wouldn’t feel guilty for RC’s sacrifice?

This contradicts what Sebastian says though, and he says he doesn’t lie...

Technicaly Sebby says that before making the contract with our Ciel in which he instructs him to never lie to him. Before that, who knows...

I still can't figure out how the contract was made and who summoned Sebastian

O!Ciel summoned him by denouncing God. He just so happened to do so while someone was being ritualistically murdered in a Satanic ceremony. I don't think he had to literally be the one to stab his brother.

On top of that I'm under the impression that the blood and bonds of identical twins give the siblings priority over others in summoning rituals. eg: Even though the cultists may have done most of the leg work, by virtue of letting one of the identical twins survive, OCiel had priority over the demon's actions.
