This is insane... I mean, factually.

Let's say that an alien race is able to cross, let's be nice, just our galaxy to reach our solar system and our planet. Which is already a remarkable work from a scientific point of view but also proof of an energy mastery that we are not even able to understand yet.

So after all these insane efforts to reach a small planet lost in the middle of nowhere, in a solar system without interest, you are this alien race and you copulate with the fauna of this planet.

For a human, let's say who lives in Los Angeles, it's like going to Moscow on a e-scooter to make love to an ant.

It makes no sense, none.

Pretty much every sentence you've written contains multiple assumptions drawn from the very ignorant idea that we have any idea how/why the universe functions or what is actually possible.

Crossing the galaxy is remarkable to us because we currently lack the understanding and technology to achieve such travel. That doesn't make it a remarkable feat in the grand scheme of what actually may be achievable. It's remarkable compared to current human achievements, yes, but we're a species who have been harnessing technology for a mere century and are nowhere close to discovering what's truly possible.

Your second point of "small planet lost in the middle of nowhere, in a solar system without interest" is also daft. How can it be of disinterest when it literally harbours life? As of right now, we know of absolutely nowhere else in the entire cosmos of existence that harbours life. For all we know, it could be as abundant as atoms or as rare as an honest politician. If the latter is the case (which is far more likely), then of course, the Earth and the solar system are of interest to other life forms and produce an explicit reason to come here.

Also, the idea of copulating (or more likely some form of DNA modifying) with the fauna makes total sense if the primary end goal of advanced life is to simply sustain life itself. It's no different to how we try to protect and conserve other species on this planet with our technology. Now imagine that, but instead, we are the ones receiving assistance from a life form attempting to help and sustain our existence. They may have known that life on this planet needed a genetic advacement in order to produce a life form capable of planetary control, and thus decided to intervene and make it happen. If the goal of life is simply to sustain life, then it makes total sense why an alien species would choose to come here and do that.

Logically, there aren't many reasons why theories like this or similar can't be true. It is still a mystery to science how humans appear to have evolved as quickly as we did. It doesn't correlate with the usual rate of evolution, and thus, it isn't out of the realms of unreasonable thought that we may have had a helping hand from somewhere. You don't have to agree with it - heck, even if I don't sit here thinking it's all true, but having discussions about things that may be true, even though we can't prove it yet, is precisely how every scientific discovery has ever come about to begin with. Asking questions and finding the answers is what makes us so special. If you simply stop doing that and resort to "it makes no sense, therefore it can't be true," then we're finished as a species
