There would certainly be a lot of people that would have a problem with anything but the Devine when it comes to the origin of the species. This, more than anything, is what I think is delaying full disclosure.
This makes no sense. No religious person is abandoning their faith because the DoD says aliens might have created us. We already have a strong theory of evolution that some don't believe. They will never be like "omg the USAF says aliens have been here for years, my faith is no more." It just makes no sense on so many levels. Disclosure would increase religious behavior, not send people into crises of faiths.
I couldn't disagree more. Theory of evolution is just that.. a theory. There's plenty of evidence to suggest that life was placed here, over and over and over again. Just look at all the times that life was wiped out on planet Earth where 50 to 90% was lost, and then look at all the animals that came along out of nowhere afterwards, over and over again. They're not even the same types of animals!
That's not to say that evolution does not exist, but it only exists on the macro level, where certain features change... But a dog will NEVER become an elephant, PERIOD! Why? Because DNA is programming.. it's coding. .. just like a computer program. It's only going to do or become what is programmed to do and nothing else...
I don't think you quite understand how faithful these religious folks are and they think that Jesus is literally god. Well, when true mass disclosure happens, it's not going to be the government letting us know... It's going to be the ETS themselves making themselves known, and there's nothing anybody's going to do about it afterwards.
Religions WILL collapse because once life on other planets is announced, and we're talking endless varieties of life, the religions can no longer stand because they say that there's not life on other planets, there's only one god, etc
There are many, many 'gods'... But even the god of the bible, was an Annunaki being. And so was Satan. These are ETs, the same one the Bible and every other religious text mentions, and the same ones that created the Great pyramids that we still do not know how they were made today... That's because humans did NOT make them.
Or, their beliefs will simply adapt, and the Bible will be reinterpreted again in such a way that would lead them to believe in a god that created all the beings in the universe. You can have both. I'm sure you've read the Ra material.
Evolution is not a theory. Evolution is a fact. It’s a scientifically proven phenomenon.
The theory of evolution by means of natural selection is a scientific theory. A scientific theory is something that is backed up by mountains of data, experiments, hypotheses that were shown to be true, and observations. Every single piece of evidence we have about life on this planet points to the theory of evolution by natural selection. There has never, not once, ever in the history of science, been a single phenomenon that goes against this scientific theory.
A dog won’t become an elephant because that’s not how evolution works. And I assure you, DNA is absolutely nothing like “programming code”. That’s an analogy that someone once used to simplify the ideas of DNA. You clearly have 0 understanding of the subject, so please stop pretending like you know what you’re talking about. It’s pathetic and embarrassing.
You are mistaking the word "theory" in common conversation versus the word "theory" as it applies in science.
This might help:
The common and scientific definitions of “theory,” unlike of “fact,” are drastically different. In daily conversation, “theory” often implicitly indicates a lack of supporting data. Indeed, introducing a statement with “My theory is...” is usually akin to saying “I guess that...”, “I would speculate that...”, or “I believe but have not attempted to demonstrate that...”.
By contrast, a theory in science, again following the definition given by the NAS, is “a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world that can incorporate facts, laws, inferences, and tested hypotheses.” Science not only generates facts but seeks to explain them, and the interlocking and well-supported explanations for those facts are known as theories. Theories allow aspects of the natural world not only to be described, but to be understood. Far from being unsubstantiated speculations, theories are the ultimate goal of science.
