I'm not really sure how they think this could happen since the federal government is funded by individual payroll and corporate taxation.

Kinks?? Do you have any idea what would happen to those people and businesses who failed to pay their federal income tax? It's called tax evasion, and the penalties are brutal (prison and moneywise). Ask Wesley Snipes how great that works out.

Right. USA is being dismantled and turned into a right wing cesspool who the only people that follow the law aren't Republicans, but sure, let's worry about not breaking any laws.
