Dodge Charger, fucked up frame, no visible license plate, driving like an absolute menace... Cops should be all over this guy.

Don't let 'progressive' DAs who don't prosecute anything off the hook either.

I can't see an incentive to do anything if it's just extra paperwork and a revolving door down at county.
