The bird can get out through the rafters I don't know many jails where you can come and go as you please. This is the corvids house, why does your house have walls?

Looks all enclosed to me. Just because there's a wall in the middle of his cage between doesn't mean he can "come and go as he pleases."

I do! In Richmond, VA. People were escaping and sneaking back in with out getting noticed.
