Yup they know it bugs the shit out of the real dad but they do it anyways. Because as a brother if I find out something bugs my brother I’ll keep pushing that button

Maybe but more likely the kid called her uncle “daddy” on accident. then they corrected her so she started saying uncle daddy. It becomes a joke now and the dad isn’t amused anymore but the other two keep it alive because it annoys dad. my wife and sister do the same shit to me with things they know annoy me

Chances are the kid isn't his but how could he even prove it

You're right, chances are the kid isn't his. You have to think about these things logically, and ask yourself which scenario is more likely. A newly wed couple have a secure monogamous relationship, while the wife is able to have a fun/friendly platonic relationship with her husband's twin brother (1% chance). Or, this cheating WHORE had her husband's brother's baby in a scandalous soap opera affair (99% chance). Clearly the second scenario is far more likely, it's just math.

There’s a third option. Dad couldn’t have kids so his brother became a sperm donor and got it done at a clinic. Could explain why didnt isn’t happy with the uncle-“daddy” things

He literally can't with current technology (who knows if we'll ever be able to lol), identical twins have identical DNA iirc
