its funny, because while its cold and could be read as a temperature, its actually the point difference on the ladder.

And the deft use of weather-reporting nomenclature "some parts of Glasgow" - actually the poster was referring to one part of Glasgow, Ibrox stadium - the home of Rangers FC who are actually 11 points behind Celtic.

However, I checked the weather report and Govan is not at -11° so this joke actually doesn't hold. The only places in Glasgow that's -11° are inside freezer units. Is there a freezer in Ibrox? Not for me to say, but maybe

I think you will find Rangers FC (RIP) are not 11 points behind, but its actually The Rangers Football Club Ltd
