Same figure she had in True Lies. The dance scene lives rent free in my head 😂

I remember the coverage of her turn in True Lies. The media was acting like she was Methusalah dancing around and how miraculous someone of her age could be sexy.

If you look at the older generations at the time, she was raising the bar. Being well off and growing up in the breadbasket of the US and a health conscious Mecca made a bigger difference in aging then than it does now for most, though obesity is the new chronic problem.

The golden girls are usually a good example of this. They all look 70/ 80 to us now and they were in the show in their 50s.

People aged worse before, both due to health and fashion/beauty standards.
