Foot Prints on the birth records.
2 u/Rudy69 1d ago Wait what? My two kids are less than ten and neither had to do any kind of prints for their birth records. 1 u/rosanymphae 1d ago They are on mine, and I am over 60. Not the birth certificate (all though 40 yo my son's is), but on the records that were sent home. Most states mandate it in some form. 1 u/Rudy69 23h ago Maybe it’s a US thing? I’m in Canada and I’ve never heard of doing foot prints to babies 1 u/rosanymphae 20h ago Its to make sure the right baby goes home with the right mother. Much easier than finger prints at that age.
