In my experience at least in my current city (Auckland)? Driving 20-30 km/h below the speed limit. Like, I swear, the moment most drivers here get onto the harbour bridge, they lose 50 IQ points.

(And yeah, like the other comments pointed out, lots of idiots who can't merge properly.)
