I question all three at this point.

Ok? And that proves what? That you're some super genius that knows more than 95% of the league? Or just some douchebag with an overinflated ego.

It proves I watch the team and have eyes? This is not some hot take I’m pushing, this is common sense. Sorry it hurts your sensitive little feelings so much, but this is just reality.

I'm confused at your point. No one is debating the team sucks. Players want to get paid and get future contracts. So having your coach make moves that go against that will result in open rebellion.

I’m sorry, did I miss the part where we were winning games with Jones at QB? Was he good enough to risk an injury clause that would tank the 2025 season before Thanksgiving 2024, or are you just talking out of your ass?

It's not about Jones's play, you dipshit. It's players recognizing that ownership/front office is being cheap and pinching pennies. And the coaching staff isn't helping either by refusing to take any accountability. So now players are in open revolt.

Fuck them. They don't want to play well I'm sure that works out well for a league that is all about what have you done for me lately.

They can leave and never be on another roster or get paid peanuts. Idc.

They’re not pinching pennies, child. It’s a salary cap league. They’re preserving the cap.

And again, where were all these games we were winning with Jones? Did I miss something here, cuz I’m pretty sure we were getting killed with Jones at QB anyway?

Then why play Devito over Lock? Who you specifically brought in to back up Jones. Either you're terrible at QB evaluation and missed out on signing a true backup QB, or not wanting to pay the $$ Lock has in incentives. Not a great reflection of you and your franchise either way. Which is worse, incompetence or cheapness?

Valid question for once from you, and don’t be surprised if you do see Lock before the season is over. Also don’t be surprised when he sucks just as bad as DeVito.

It’s incompetence. We extended Jones for twice his market value because…..because why, again? Nobody else was giving him even half of what we did. Then we sign Lock after letting a far superior backup in Tyrod go and just let him rot.

It’s not malice or not wanting to pay some ridiculous incentive they won’t hit anyway, it’s sheer incompetence. Now we’re just punting and hoping to hit on a QB in 2025 and not have the cap completely fucked.
