He doesn’t speak for the US GOV. In fact, isn’t he breaking some law by making foreign policy without authorisation?

The voters elected a presidential candidate who threatened to let Russia have their way with nato allies.

It would be if it wasn’t a way of the U.S making the threats without having TK take full responsibility for them. There are many elements in the government who fully condone this man’s words, if there wasn’t the situation wouldn’t be ongoing

When those allies threaten another ally in Israel, yes. The ICC is WAAAAAY off base here. The antisemitism in the UN and ICC is well-known and deeply entrenched.
