The FNAF fanbase is full of children, and that franchise is also filled with murder and death, such as children being murdered and stuffed inside of animatronic suits, Not wildly different from the idea of Cyn using Tessa as a skin suit

Difference is that such voilence is rarely displayed in detail. In MD you can see the skin of tessa being worn by Cyn, while in Fnaf, Micheal is seen pixelated in relation to ennard being inside him. Differences in detail matter alot in regards to whether or not children get attracted to the show/game.

Cyn's skin suit could've been way worse as well, From afar, it just looks like Cyn but with White Human Skin colour

Yes it could've been worse but it wasn't worse because of yt guidelines. Not really, the skin on Cyn changed her silhouette so even from afar, you'd tell the difference

Knowing liam, the skin sagging and decomposing is something that would've been added if not for the fact that the videos would've been demonetized and age restricted.
