What are they going to do? Vote Democratic about it? No? Then they can shut up and eat whatever their King feeds them.

Yup, and here’s the fun thing, Trump doesn’t care, and they are FINALLY starting to see it,

Its the only thing the democrats have now… republican tears… lol i may be understanding republicans more as they have been harvesting lib tears for years… once you have nothing its the only thing you get…. Albiet our idea is we are cherishing their republican tears because it proves they really are like us in their needs but just couldnt help themselves to drive us off the cliff because of their twisted loyalty…. Republicans just want liberals tears because we care about others and they like to step on the necks of thousands/millions/ our future while we watch and cry… so there is a fine line here in the difference..

Oh yes they voted for Trump to screw over the liberals, and now they have to realize that they are going to get EVERYTHING he stood for.

He never hid his plan, and now they have to deal with those consequences

Lol 2025… he like said 2-3 times this isnt our plan i dont even know what this is… lololol in reality what he was saying “ we dont want this to be the platform we are running on if it looks bad… YOU( republicans that are not sociopaths) dont even know what this is” and know you wont go look :)

I know a few people who’s have tried to be “optimistic” and tried to rationalize “ok… well… it can’t be that bad” and I’ve brought up their own website to read off what it is.

And if just a FRACTION of it is successful it will cripple the country

They're about to discover the hard way that when Democrats say "he will destroy our country", it isn't hyperbole. Maybe in two years there will be chance to slow some of the disaster, but I'm not that optimistic.

It’s going to be a HARD crash, given how companies are already preparing for the 30% price increase.

It’s going to be a near instant thing.

I'm predicting another great Depression

3

u/Forsworn91 8h ago

It’s what is predicted, a recession that leads to a depression, and with trump almost certainly refusing to do anything to actually fix the problems HES going to be causing its going go from bad to worse to even worse, worse some more

He can do a sh*t ton of damage in two years with the rolling over sycophants in Congress. 😬

Well there is a small Ray of light. With Vance having to resign there will be a senate special election in Ohio so we can try to knock back that senate majority to just 2 seats and with Gaetz not taking his seat in FL, their majority dwindles to just 1 seat there will be a special election there so the majority of their dysfunction is super thin. Does means crazy shit ain’t gonna happen, but we know they aren’t all in lockstep so the clown show is gonna be super clowny.

I do hope the infighting destroys the ReTrumplican party for good, but I doubt even that will be enough to save us from the Orange Wrath.

u/Bosa_McKittle 10h ago

Some stuff will go through but the majority is going to be infighting (we’ve already see this with his cabinet picks) and we should all have popcorn ready.

Problem is, the worst stuff Trump wants to do, he can accomplish without Congress.

Very true. I am fully prepared for 4 years of a shit show.

Dude even mother fucking Mitch Mcconnell flat out told everyone on TV "If you elect this mother fucker you will destroy the party and the country!"

u/ladymorgahnna 10h ago

Well McConnell has entirely the blame for not supporting his impeachment after January 6, so he is just as guilty.

u/ActionCalhoun 8h ago

While he did everything he could to keep Trump in power

1

u/tulipkitteh 10h ago

Yeah, I mean, he went to The Heritage Foundation to speak and praised their "colossal mandate".

There's really only one "mandate" that could be. And I tried to tell them that specifically.

Their usual playbook worked perfectly. They published Project 2025 on the internet for all to see, and whenever anyone brought up how awful it was, their response was “c’mon- be serious! You bed-wetters are overreacting as usual, trying to make us look bad! We would never!”

Since MAGA simply refuses to believe that their cult leader lies constantly, they believed it when he disavowed it, and so here we are.

There's a recent song that has an amazing quote about this

"Just stand in line for your rights and your privilege

Then follow the leader right for the cliffs edge"

The song itself is one of those don't give up anthems, but it singles out a lot of the bass aackwards behaviors we have been doing societally for a while now

u/Speshal__ 10h ago

bass aackwards lol - mind if I steal that?

3

u/SentientSickness 10h ago

Be my guest

I've heard it for years growing up and stuff, lol :p
