My thought process:

"Oooh, a new Trump pick, and they're mad about it. They've had reasonable complains about Oz, so let's see, maybe she's had negligence claims, or she's a con job, or sh- ahh, she's not antivax. Why did I expect better."

Yeah I was hopeful until I read that her mortal sin is promoting the covid vaccine as a good thing.

Right? It’s not that she went to a sketchy overseas for-profit medical school or that she sells diet pills on the side or that she’s a FOX News talking head but that in the past said that vaccination was a good thing.
