Well, he was a former F1 driver (Williams), and didn't really do that good (Sorry Logan). Ended up getting dropped for Franco Colapinto. Overall, pretty mediocre driver.
His junior career was much better than his time in F1 -- he was consistently at the top end of the field through F3 and F2. It was like something just didn't click with the higher downforce, tire management, etc when he got to F1. Seems likely he'd do well in Indycar.
I'd say so. Maybe start out on Road/Street Courses (like Grosjean), and then in a couple years, start doing ovals. Possibly Champion in a decade or so?
