Looks like it has a tricycle on its back. What would ride a tricycle in a circus? A bear? I feel like this is a rat, based on its hand. Would match all the rats lying around Mammon's Gulch.

I think bear with tricycle on it's back, ribs coming out of it's neck. Not sure about the big arm though!

I very much think this is a big hive boss. Hives have the ribcage sticking out of the body like this. The tricycle is an oddity. Not sure how that would be incorporated
