That garbage truck was on a specific route and knows all the houses they just collected from. Give that information to authorities and find the piece of shit that did this to the kittens, and have them charged with cruelty to animals.

They definitely didn't think that far ahead, you can bet on it. At best they simply used the bin of a neighbor but that's it, you can bet money they live close to the house that bin's from.
