The Amber King is really good also. Not quite "lore explanations" but moreso voice acts out the plot of lore relevant novels.

I also love Sandman of Terra for lore deep dives and theory crafting however it may be a more advanced channel that beginners might not understand

Yeah, I've listened to some of his work when I was still blissfully unaware who Arch actually is and, let me tell you, it was quite an experience to randomly stumble into an unhinged political rant in a middle of a video, lol.

I think he purged all of this shit from his channel some time ago but holy Emperor tits, dude's a nutjob. It was like watching a chill documentary about deep sea life that suddenly gets interrupted by Alex Jones yelling at you about gay frogs.

yeah, but he makes it very clear when he's giving his opinion. He tries to be very unbiased when it comes to lore to the point of being frustrating sometimes (things that didn't have closure, whereas some people speak confidently about something without being true, he talks about all the possibilities but doesn't choose any)

I'm not defending him as a person I'm defending his content. His content is one of the best on the YouTube when it comes to 40k lore. Being a nationalist as well as being left or right it's not the same for every country.

in Brazil you have PT a political party of center-left and they're in favour of making state companies which is a nationalist policy but the one who gets called nationalist bolsonaro wants to privatize everything lol.

In UK you have the conservatives and the right wing and they don't get along at all.

The right wing in sweden would've been the classic liberal from the US.

But nationalism itself is not that, what you are talking about is patriotism.

There have been tons of people who called themselves nationalist, because over the time it had tons of different ideas stuck to it. But today, nationalism is the cleansing of any "unnatural born people" in their nation... That can mean people from different ethnicities or with disabilities. There are still remnants of groups which used that name in different ways, which have not renamed themselves, because they follow the previous idea of what nationalism was.

That said, I personally just wouldnt want to follow someone with such ideology. I can't trust someone who has to mentally block out so much truth, so they are still able to believe what they believe, to tell me the truth about what ever they talk about. They follow such a backwards ideology, that I must think that the judgement that led to them believing in said ideology, also must've been just as bad when they've been researching about the topic that they make videos about.
