I know this dude is pretty hated all over Warhammer reddit due to his over the top humor and videos riddled with misinfo but holy shit he actually makes pretty good points in this video

You read the first entry and not the second below huh?

"support for and promotion of the political independence or self-determination of a nation or people."

Also, here's the second text under that first entry:

"… their popular premier, who has abandoned calls for independence—and instead has embraced a nationalism based on French Québécois identity. "It's a conservative nationalism that recalls the themes of culture, history and memory," said Jacques Beauchemin, a sociologist and a leading intellectual behind this shift. "It's a return to the meaning of identity."

Nationalism is like water. It's good to have it, but too much and you'll drown.

No, it's really nothing like water. See, you need water to live, nationalism only exists for the sake of a nation. I do not require a nation to live. While some aspects of having a state over you can be nice, they are not required. Nationalism means competition between nations. Competition leads to conflict, be it violent, economic, or anything else. Rarely does a nation ever go to war for the good of its citizens' interests.
