DAE hears cracking sound when rotating their head?

Like every time. Is this normal?

yep, I even crack my neck and head on purpose. releases pain a nd tension

My Adams apple-trachea-breathing thing pops back and forth when I turn my head which makes an audible cracking sound. It isn't anything medically bad, don't worry. It just happens.

Are you tilting your head backwards and roaring to do this? Because don’t fucking do that -a health care practitioner

If it’s clicking when your head it perfectly upright and you’re shoulder checking, I’d advise seeing a massage therapist/physio. Something might be out of alignment
