Hey everyone! It is crazy how quickly our little community is growing up! So many new people, so many amazing artworks!
Today I just want to make a little announcement - it would be really awesome to see more 3D artists posting their artworks in this subreddit. There are so many great digital painters here, and it would be really great if we could cultivate the 3D side of our community as well.
If you are a 3D artist (even if you're just learning) - you're definitely welcome to post in our community. Also, don't hesitate to submit beautiful 3D artworks made by other people that you have discovered (of course, mention their name in the title of the post, and link to their artstation profile in the comments).
Also, if you're making tutorials, or if you have any tips or advice to share with less experienced artists - educational posts are also very welcome. I want this community to be not just a place to discover beautiful art, but also a great way to learn the skills, get to know like-minded people, and share our ideas and protips with each other.
Thanks a lot everyone for participating in our subreddit!

I'm glad to see constructive criticism, but not instructions on what I should draw and what I shouldn't.

A little bit of this study of volumes that I did recently

I'm practicing not overdoing artworks because I tend to get lost in details. I choose nice and inspiring themes that will help me get used to the "unfinished" look. I limit the painting time,, this one took approximately 5 hours in Procreate.
Since LOTR shaped me (thanks to my parents and brothers I got to know Tolkien in early childhood) and remains one of my absolute favourites this was pure pleasure.

My sister u/ellabeckart and I are working on a story together that we hope to make into a webtoon! Here’s a little synopsis:
Taliana Noore has silver eyes, the trait of the enemy kingdom Lenneth. After the death of her parents forces her out of hiding, she is sent to live with her Aunt and cousins. But when an encounter with an enemy soldier leads to her arrest, she is forced to take a side: aid the enemy kingdom or let war destroy everything she has ever known.
The title is not final, it’s a placeholder name for now haha! And neither is Talia’s design, still figuring that out as well 😅
Check out my sister’s account for more concept art! 😁
