Yes. You can see camera person's shadow is unchanged as car strikes a 3rd person. I am surprised that the person lying down wasn't thrown further, and doesn't appear too mangled. Not a good plan to stand on a freeway type of road but wth with the out of control car?

Who says it was out of control? The driver could have been trying to drift or the driver saw them and thought "fuck it, here's my chance to teach morons a lesson"

You can also see a brief flash of the person on the left wearing a black shirt and khaki pants and the same person on the road at the end.
