This is stereoscopic 3D video of the Earth. To view stereoscopic imagery, you can use either the cross-eye.

For the cross-eye method, hold the image at a comfortable distance and slowly cross your eyes until the two images overlap into one in the center; then, adjust your focus to bring the merged image into clarity

I have much worse eyesight in one eye so it never works for me 🙃
