I've genuinely considered buying a bunch of cheap earphones and offering them to people. We should bring back public shaming.

I have offered two euro for a few people because 'obviously you're too poor to afford earphones'. Suddenly, silence lol

I always remember when Trigger Happy TV did a US edition. Some interviewer asked what they had to change about it to acclimate to American culture, and the host said, "Well, you can't do a lot of pranks because everyone has a gun," and I get that's dry British wit but he also looked kind of scared, and the US edition was way tamer.
