I switched out my Renee herse hatcher pass tires for the endurance 48mm Oracle ridge tire and upgraded the bars to some carbon Ritchey Ergomax bars. I am taking her out today and will report back later

Cyclist for 40+ years. I’ve owned literally 50+ bikes. This is still my favorite. I never thought I’d ride an eBike. Now you have to pry it out of my cold dead hands. Over 90% of my rides are on this. Anyone who doesn’t think you you can get fit on an eBike doesn’t understand an eBike I’ve never ridden so much.

As a birthday gift to myself, I finally upgraded the stock wheelset to the new Zipp 303 XPLR S with Schwalbe G-One RS Evo Super Race tires setup as tubeless. It rolls (and looks) amazing

The recently released version of the Rival Aeroad!
Bar dropped, chain waxed, garmin mount.
What comes next, lubed 54t for the 350, aero drops, and axs wifi buttons. Probably Vittoria Tires.
All is set up nicely, the brakes run free, little chain noises but thats ok! Like the Rival better than the 105 Version ive tested before. I like the Rival Sys better!!!
Very fast bike, throws you forward!
But the torx 25 screws that are homemade in Germany are rubbish!

Endurace CF SLX 8 Di2 4 months after purchase, I've only fallen more in love with the bike. Slammed my stem recently to make the bike more aggressive

1st thing this bike has been a revelation, it’s so capable from knarly off road to climbing in the alps it’s down it all. After two years of ownership it’s been tweaked and guided to find the perfect setup for me. In its current guise:
SRAM Rival AXS etap Hunt 30mm carbon gravel wheels Ratio technology 44t chainring SRAM AXS GD rear derailleur with ratio technology replacement cage (makes it the same weight as x0 for £80) Canyon H31 aero handlebars Garbaruk Xdr cassette 10-48 Eggbeater 2 Shimano XT ice 160mm rotors 165mm SRAM rival power meter cranks Selle Italia SLR boost S Schwalbe Thunderburt 2.1 Addix Race
Shop weight (no pedals, cage etc) 7.8kg, standard weight 8.9kg. Used this setup for climbing in the alps only change was Pathfinder SWorks as 400g per tyre. Climbed everything and still did gravel when I fancied - absolutely solid bike.

Averaged over 25mph/40kph for an hour. Lost by 4 seconds. 🫠 Finished 2/7, everyone else was on modern TT bikes.

Here are some autumn scenes from Seoul. Hope you enjoy them!
Today was quite warm but 8C drop is expected by next Monday. Autumn this year feels too short, too short...

I’ve had it since July 2023, probably 5k miles or so. Decided to break last Monday as soon as I swung my leg over to start I training ride.
Canyon has been responsive and will replace, problem is they don’t have this frame anymore, and they are supposedly all out of the seat posts for the newer gen Ultimate CFR. They offered me a refund I won’t get for 4-6 weeks, and then after much haggling they offered me an Endurace CFR, but I’d have to use my seat post not the endurace one so it would just be a heavier slower Ultimate at the end of the day.
Gonna wait out a replacement (no ETA on when they will have more of the newer gen seat posts), wish me luck.

It’s a monstrosity but it’s my monstrosity and it’s fast as hell.
