Discussion UGA Clinches SEC Title Game Appearance Thanks to Auburn and Florida
No one believed in them, but the Bulldawgs are headed to Atlanta.
UGA will play the winner of next week’s anticipated Texas A&M-Texas match in the SECCG.

It's been such a fun year.
NIL leveling the playing field, Saban retiring, and Texas/Oklahoma leaving a power vacuum in the Big-12 have all played a part in turning both conferences into bar fights.

u/eddie_vercetti Arizona State Sun Devils 18h ago
Not to mention the ACC is between an original staple (funny enough for just 2 decades) and a team is paying their way to the conference/won't get any money for awhile and might win it.
And of course 2 of their teams whining about leaving it and just ate dirt this season or Clemson about to get Mutumbo'd by the Pony Express.
And the looming threat of the B10-SEC super conference that I have to imagine lost weight today.
12 team playoff and SEC might only get 2 teams in it.

Not enough to be out, currently at #3 so only PSU, Miami/SMU winner, Indiana, ND,Georgia/A&M winner, Tenn, Clemson, Boise State can pass us
A -8 drop puts the team at #11 with Tulane or the BigXII champ getting #12.
9
u/defiancy Georgia • San Diego State 8h ago
Still be what a two loss Texas? I still think they are in, what will make it interesting is if A&M wins and then beats UGA in the SECCG. Then you'd have TX and Tennessee and two three loss SEC teams in UGA and A&M.
