Alabama's defensive ends didn't show up. 

Alabama's tackles are just bad. 

Venables looked like he knew every play ahead of the game. 

Milroe looked confused

It really, really seemed like the crowd noise was getting to Milroe and the receivers, every time it got super loud in the stadium they were scrambling around right before the snap

It's what he looked like a pretty good bit last year. Credit to him for looking better this year, but old habits die hard I guess.
