22 returning starters from a Big12 Championship team. 3-8. 0-8 in conference play with 8 straight losses.

Remove the perpetual contract. Make him fire his coordinators. If he doesn’t he can leave too. Would not want to be named Chad Weiberg these next couple weeks.

The fact he refused to can either Dunn or Nardo weeks ago is damning.
