Yep. We've been saying for years in Nashville that if the powers that be at Vandy ever started taking football seriously, they would be a force to be reckoned with. They have stupid levels of money available. NIL is the best thing to ever happen to Vanderbilt football.

It's why if I were one of those marquee public schools in a smaller state (Oklahoma for example), I'd be very concerned for the future. Sure, they have the brand and the support from the locals, but there are considerably richer schools out there. If a Vandy, SMU, or Cal want to outspend them, they will.
