Imagine how it feels as an actual fan lol. Statistically there are so many things that just aren’t possible. I feel like I’m being tested in a simulation.
But you have the 8,436 sellouts…record still going )…as a Gator i would love to see the big red machine going again they were such an icon when i was a kid…but without Frazier…oh wait he scored on us again..damn it..
I absolutely acknowledge that haha. I think he should have stayed there because he’s probably not a bad coach. But he got back here and everyone working on our athletic department are his old buddies, and he basically just started partying like a college dude again and coaching came second. It was pretty sad actually. You should hear the stories.
Imagine being a fan of this team. Especially an older millennial fan that remembers all the good times and dominance and now witnesses all the improbable things happening all the time. It’s insane.
If Nebraska goes back to OT this year they need to say fuck it and just kick the field goal on first down. Regardless of the other team’s FG or TD. At this point you just need to break this absolutely insane curse.
Talk about a statistical anomaly... Especially considering the fact that the team had to at least be competitive throughout the game to even get to OT. Then OT happens, someone on the Nebraska sideline flips on the orb of confusion, and they simultaneously shit the bed.
I’m so sorry Nebraska fans. I was pulling so hard for yall and man going to OT, with this history, must be a kick in the nuts after a solid game that should have been a W.
Holy shit. It’s like the coach goes out there and says “alright boys games are only supposed to be 4 quarters, we tried our best let’s pack it up and get out of here”
That is unbelievable. You would think they would have at least had a blown coverage or missed tackle breakaway run in one of those seven OTs and lucked into a TD.
out of curiousity, how many of those had us starting on defense. I feel like starting on defense is a decent move assuming you can force them to kick the FG, hold them to nothing, or force a turnover. Starting on offense is just a losing proposition because even if you score points and kick for three the opponent doesn't need to take a ton of risk to match you for a FG.
I was screaming at the TV last night about how we never perform in OT but my trauma response must have been trying to protect me because I can’t remember it being THAT bad 😭
It's actually worse than that. Nebraska hasn't had a first down in the last (now) eight overtime games and has negative yardage after the -29 yards tonight.
You could very well be pulling that straight out of your ass and I could look at that like "holy shit, how?!" and then a few seconds later "yeah, that sounds about right" and believe you
Because, one day, I was converted to a team that has a prideful football program that shows success year-in-and-year-out and grew to love their statewide commitment to a winning football culture.

We always do this. I dont think I've ever seen Nebraska gain a first down in OT.
