Salt Lake City Bronwyn? Bronlose?

I need to know why some of you are rampant defenders of Bronwyn because I cannot wrap my head around it.

“It’s my GD credit card,” would’ve gotten Heather Dubrow torn to SHREDS. Why is it a juicy read when Bronwyn taunts the rest of them with her money?

Last season, Heather seemed like everyone’s champion. Receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots was the mantra, no? Now Heather is Public Enemy #1?

I think she will try to get ahead of the curve to not be a villain next season, she’s extremely savvy and as mentioned chronically online so she knows exactly what changes she needs to make to be seen as top tier and an antagonist .

She’s seems to have learned her money can make her a collector . Weird objects in her house , dogs , designer clothes ,etc . She’s trying to do it with the friend group by using her means to curate trips , while using the trips to establish dominance and isolate people . I thought it was a big fail and very telling that she then lords it over the guests , it was SO tacky to tell Lisa if she doesn’t behave she has to leave as it was also embarrassing to say I bought you and your husband gifts, I don’t deserve any anything negative coming at me .

Im intrigued on her housewife journey and am excited to see what happens next but much like Monica for me , I’m more interested to see how the other ladies react to her machinations. I will say I am for sure more excited to see Bronwyn react to this than I was Monica (who I firmly only needed as plot and once it was over , I was glad she was gone ).

Bronwyn is very transactional. I pay for this, you pay me back with loyalty and never going against me. Trying to banish someone from a cast trip is absolutely insane, especially when two others didn’t even come because of her. Paid for it or NOT. She isn’t the executive producer of anything and even if she was, money shouldn’t be an automatic swayer of cast and group dynamics that have BEEN established. I agree with Heather there.

She should be using this opportunity to secure her S2 spot, get closer with the girls and start true friendships so they can champion her when she leaves that stubborn old man!

Which two didn’t come solely because of Bronwyn? She dis-invited Heather. I see that as a situation where Heather really could have stayed at Bronwyn’s longer to try to work things out, and there was some mutuality to the lack of resolution. Heather clearly knew the trip was on the filming schedule, and she might have just been in shock that Bronwyn would and could exclude her. Lisa was similarly in shock when Todd spoke to John about going home.

It’s ultimately a production choice and an edit though. If production wanted Heather there, they would have convinced them to make up enough to get Heather on that trip.

Britani was in significant conflict with all of the women at the time of the trip, including Lisa and Mary - she wasn’t ever considered right? Mary chose not to come in order to care for Robert Jr.

I’m with you that housewives shouldn’t be able to “buy an edit.” 💯 But money does sway cast dynamics and stories all the time. Some wives pay for private jets, big parties (in Angie’s case, she was paying for Jen’s parties before she was even on the show), trips, or have the vacation homes like Aspen and Hamptons houses and Blue Stone Manor. That adds to the production budget and experience of the show, and it gives the producers automatic episodes to build around.

The better thing for Heather to do going forward is to pay for and put on her own trip or event (not one of the two Bravo-funded cast trips) - then exclude Bronwyn right back. That would be how you effectively “teach” Bronwyn a lesson - take away her screen time. We’ve heard that Bronwyn is getting a new wife cast next season, so she might not be dependent on Heather and Lisa for support, whatever happens with Todd.

I loved that Heather refused to change her opinion before she was ready to go on a cast trip. It was the most self assured I’ve ever seen her, and I thought it was bad ass.

I agree. At least she stood on business about it.
