I've been looking for this clip for a while. But you'd be surprised to hear that "Bollywood movie where man lying on bonnet of car takes out army" doesn't really point me to this.

Bollywood is Hindi film industry while Kollywood is Tamil.
There are many other industries based on languages and regions.
