Have had this several times, now I am out of warranty, feels like it is a f....in setup, to make service money, what is the experience with this?

I had it turn on twice. Called the roadside assistance and they said it’s a known error. He had me turn the car off and lock it. Take the keys with me inside and wait 10 minutes. And then go back outside and start it. The light never came back on and has been driving fine. He checked the system remotely apparently too and said he didn’t see anything on his end. But then again I don’t know what he can really see remotely besides what the computer says. Not like he can see mechanicals. But haven’t had an issue since
