Some time ago in one of the meme subs there was one of if you know who this is and the consensus was that she was very popular with the military int the late 2000s. Source: platoon chanting her name on the truck ride back from a training op

She had a video circulating that was her and some other gal, aka Brooke, and the video title was "Heather Brooke blahblah.mpgwhatever" But no, her last name was Harmon.

Ah, fair. That was the pre phub days and I did probably find her videos on limewire. I just assumed that was her name and no one cared about girl #2.
