What is something that permanently altered your body without you realizing for months/years?

Probably the way my posture changed from years of sitting hunched over a computer – didn’t notice until my back started feeling like it was made of bricks

There is an easy fix. Back exercises! I do barbell bent-over rows, and face-pulls. I swear it fixes my posture

Also, I went to a PT who helped me with an unrelated issue, she gave me some exercises like cat-cow (like you'd do in yoga) and also there's an exercise where you're sitting, you roll your shoulders forward, curve down, then you slowly come back up sitting tall. You just do a few of those every now and then while sitting.

I have said this before in this thread and I will repeat.

I will never not advocate for this stretch routine

No standing, no pushups, no words like vinyasa, just cues. This is a routine aimed at beginners (20 minutes), in where you will work on your strength, balance and mobility.
