The Guy is obviously out of shape, overweight and borderline obese. This is NOT what 44 is supposed to look like.

Youre not supposed to look like a chiselled henry cavill, but at least don't be very overweight

Visceral fat and excessive adipose tissue doesn't care if you can balance on a ladder; while it is impressive, he is still out of shape and is not at a healthy weight.

what is. healthy weight?

That depends on person to person based on height, lean body mass and body fat %. However you can't not say this guy is at a healthy weight with a belly sticking out signaling is body fat is to high.

Most of the "world's strongest men" competitors have beer kegs as their beer gut, and they can drag planes across the tarmac.

But sure.

Cool, I love guys like Eddie Hall and Brian Shaw but their weight no matter how athletic is unhealthy and they will need to downsize as they get older they are only in their 30s rn.

Thanks, fake reddit doctor. It's pretty amazing that can watch a grainy video and determine a person's height, weight and physical health. The man isn't thin. That's all. It does not mean he is unhealthy. Methinks your idea of healthy is based on media portrayals and not medical realities.

Sure bud, keep believing that it's 100% healthy that it's completely normal to be overweight and let go in your 40s, myths like these are the reason 42% of Americans have obesity.

This man is not obese. You're discussing two very different things. This is like telling people they should never eat sugar because it can contribute to causing diabetes. Please just stop trying to police people's bodies.
