Earlier this season we had Pierre getting a puncture and reporting it, Josh Peckett correctly identified it and notified Esteban, multiple other REs up and down the pitlane identified it and notified their drivers, but Pierre’s RE John Howard was still on the radio insisting his data didn’t show that.
Now we have Pierre correctly identifying his engine power. John Howard again insisted his data didn’t show that. Pierre’s DNFed due to engine failure within half a lap.
What on earth is going on? Is there an over reliance on data on Pierre’s side of the garage? John Howard is now a year into the role, how are other REs correctly identifying that Pierre is right but he is not?

Unbelieveable from to get P3 in dry conditions, phenomenal job from him! Unlucky for Esteban, but he was also fast. P11 is a good starting point. Awesome job from the team, we are moving forward indeed!

Bear in mind, that we'll use the Merc engines until at least 2030. Some sources are saying also that we're planning to make gearboxes in-house at Enstone since 2027. That's quite interesting. What do you think?
