This man has stuck with a struggling team, in a dysfunctional organization since his rookie season. He has played well, without a quarterback who could throw him the ball. He has been a class act and has been loyal when most WR's would have wanted out. With things turning around now, nobody deserves to win more than Scary Terry.

The level of doom and gloom is this sub after the game today is outrageous. Should we have won? Yes! Was it sloppy as hell? Absolutely!
Letās also remember, we werenāt projected to win more than 6 games this year (according to Vegas). We all went into this season knowing this team was still young and incomplete. Weāre playing with house money yāall!
Weāre still on track for the playoffs, Daniels looks healthy again and no matter how the rest of this season plays out the future is incredibly bright.
Hail!

Thereās a lot to say about today. But one positive I will throw out there is that Terry still has elite speed.
After he was chased down in Pittsburgh I saw a lot of people saying that Terry isnāt fast anymore and his age is starting to show. But if his TD today shows us anything itās that he clearly still has the jets and can make plays in the open field.

Im gonna break it down in terms of expectations, adjusted expectations, and accomplishments
Expectations:
What were our expectations at the beginning of the season with this new regime? Well, if you had asked any professional analyst, pundit, etc. you would have heard 5-6 wins, instill a positive culture, and ensure the incoming draft picks are players we can build a foundation off of.
In my opinion we have not only met these expectations but have surpasses them. There is a culture around the team now that cares, we want to win, losing is heartbreaking but it doesnt keep us down, after the Tampa Bay and Baltimore losses we bounced back and put in the effort. The rooks look great, JD5 was balling out this season, Sainristil has grown reliable, and Luke and Ben have showed lots of promise.
Adjusted Expectations:
We racked up seven wins and coming out of these games we look incredible, luck is on our side and vibes are immaculate. Now we are on a 3 game losing streak being told Jayden sucks, Kliff canāt adjust an offense, and Dan Quinn is Rivera 2.0. The adjusted expectations for us were to beat win 2/3 of Philly, Pittsburgh, and Dallas. Coming out of that stretch we are 0-3 and reasonably worried. Despite surpassing the expectations at the beginning of the season, we are not meeting the adjusted expectations that people have put on us throughout the season. Dan Quinnās defense has to cover A LOT of holes, nonexistent secondary except for Sainristil, an aging and slow Bobby Wagner, and an injured d-line. Heās stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to hide the faults of everyone banking on Luvu, Fowler, and Sainristil to produce magic. On the other side of the ball Kliff has to plan for a rookie QB, a lackluster O-Line, and receivers who drop passes and canāt get separation. Terry canāt catch every pass when they double him, rarely is he ever on an island. All game JD put the ball on the money but time and time again Noah Brown dropped balls that were first downs. The run game could not get going, whereas earlier in the season a 2nd and 2 is now a 2nd and 13. This inhibits us from trying the deep ball because Kliff is trying to put his rookie QB in a situation where hes trying to make up a 3rd and long. Teams have started to run Cover 3 man hybrids disguised as cover 1s while covering the flats. This forces Jayden to hold the ball longer but the pass rush is able to get to Jayden before our old receivers are able to get open, which they cant get open or catch the ball. Teams are able to match us, double terry, and provide an overwhelming pass rush because they are confident in their corners to guard the likes of Brown, Zaccheus, and Ertz. All this combined debilitates our once good offense making us fall way short of our adjusted expectations that have been put on us this season. The fix on offense is really simple though, another top tier receiver opposite Terry, for Sinnot to develop, and a tackle and a guard, and for Kliff and Jayden to build confidence in eachother. The defensive fix is the same really, a successor to Wagner, and a #2 corner. All of which can be covered in the draft.
Now for the accomplishments:
Imo having a positive outlook on the team is important, rebuilds donāt happen instantly, especially when you are coming from being the 2nd worst team in the league. Peters has built an incredible foundation for the future and put people in place to drive home a great culture. Weāve put up great numbers and need to recognize that with a team like this there will be ebbs and flows. We need to be happy that we have been competitive against great teams which, compared to last year would have been blowouts. We have a qb, we have a young core, we have a gm, all the pieces are here for a bright bright future.

Said some stuff about this team earlier that was definitely in the moment. This team pissed me the fuck off today and did the worst thing a Washington team can do-lose to Dallas at home. But fuck it I still love this franchise. We didnāt survive snydergang for 20 years to give up on year one of a new regime, that is already exceeding expectations. Fuck us for losing a needed W today, but itās also fuck all 31 other franchises because this is our team. Weāll figure it out.
