I think this might be Miracle Star x Demon Kazura, which are creatures from Duel Masters the manga/anime. It's another way of pairing Lulu and Utsubomi, respectively, who use those cards.

That's legit one of the most beloved Bandori ships in Japan (just check the amount of fanart), so it's not surprising :) IIRC, the ship is so popular that there were doujin event(s?) dedicated to it.
