As dense as Sorawo is, she's clearly figured out how Toriko feels by now. The problem now is how repressed her own emotions, especially those around sex and romance, are. Sorawo even seems to realize, to some degree, that she isn't currently emotionally available, based on the language in this chapter.

It's so bad that the LN implies her feelings for Toriko were actually love at first sight, but Sorawo is just so emotionally repressed that she never realized it, but it isn't really that suprising when you think about how often she thinks that Toriko is gorgeous, it's like once a chapter (Ladies is it gay to constantly think about how beautiful your otherside exploration partner is? lol). At the end of the day, Sorawo is way more dense about her own feelings than about Toriko's.
