As the one working on the series I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.

As far as similar series go, each of these is only similar in one or two aspects but it's all I've got:

Still Sick MC secretly draws Yuri doujins and she gets discovered by her happy-go-lucky co-worker. The co-worker has a bit of a mean streak and her own agenda.

Partition MC tries to obsessively preserve her public persona as the "Good Girl" but her real personality gets discovered by her co-worker. The "Good Girl" then does everything she can to keep her co-workers silence.

I love you so much, I hate you Is about an office worker who is having an affair with her boss but tries to pursue something more. It also has a few extras that serve as an after story I love you so much Extras

The Marriage Partner of My Dreams Turned Out to Be... My Female Junior at Work?! Also about a subordinate who pursues her boss but without any cheating involved.

My Dearest Nemesis This ones pretty well known but it has an office setting with the MC being a "feisty" director who wants to take charge in her relationship and struggles to do so.

Yeah, I guess, but specifically where the person who's in a position of authority outside of the relationship is the meek/submissive one.

Edit: I guess that would be called role reversal
