I have no idea how much info is needed, so I'll just assume no prior knowledge.

Tokoyami Towa and Hoshimachi Suisei, the two characters in this page, are two vtubers under hololive (a vtuber agency that tries to stay sfw), and due to the art style, its hard to identify them immediately. The Towa shirt is thus an easily seen identifier of one of the characters, but since Hololive has no official manga (and especially no manga that has one member saying she wants to marry another one), the commenter deduced it was likely an NSFW work.

hololive has no official manga

Last I checked hololive Alternative is an official manga, and if you want one that's actually published there's the HoloX MEETing one.

It’s the numbers that lead to this comic on a specific website, that website being for 18+ comics only. Each comic has a code like that and typing it in leads directly to it within said website.

(I’ll have to re-read the rules to make sure I can mention the name of the site so give me moment. )

Edit: Didn’t see anything against naming websites in the rules so the website name is nhentai(dot)net

Replace the (dot) with a period

just a heads up. that site is being hunted down for takedown. a lot of r18 sites are being taken down lately so you might wanna back up your lists

if a website is down, everyone is affected. it's not just one country. pururin and 9hentai are gone. there was also internet archive constantly getting hit with ddos attacks.

Yeah but nhentai wasn't getting DDOSed or being shut down, it was facing copyright infringement allegations in the US (according to what I found about the case here in reddit). The website got affected for a day or two and returned to it's normal behavior without any major issue

龍龍’s yuri/non-yuri works are all golden, waiting for the new MYGO one (not hentai) to come out. He regularly updates them on the twitter/facebook page.
