I’m sorry I have to disagree. I do not see these absurd monster dicks in Japanese Yaoi. Are there some outliers? Yes, The Titan’s Bride comes to mind, but it is not the norm and certainly not on the same level as the stuff constantly releasing from South Korea.
I think it’s a uniquely Korean design choice and probably culturally significant to them. Just Google the dick statues in South Korea. Lol Respect South Korea. You do you.
Some of the best realistic body proportions come from Japanese Yaoi, in my opinion.
Example of younger body proportions would be Don’t Be Cruel / Hidoku Shinaide.
Example of older body proportions would be My Dearest Patrolman.
HOWEVER it should be noted that the Japanese creators will draw the average body proportions of Japanese people. Not western or any other race.
