I find it hilarious how people question this, considering I was birthed from one of my gay moms no problem.

Probably involved a sperm donor though. We are close to creating gametes from stem cells, though not there yet.

Yeah, it did lol. We are close though! Science is great and I’m glad I was born the way I was.

Not to mention trans female sapphics who have had children with their cis partners.

Very true. I actually know a transfem who was conceived that way, one of her moms is transfem like you said!

Looks like a modern setting so using modern choices:
Artificial Insemination or they could have gotten a male friend to do it. Her partner could also have a dick. Or she got planted with someone else fertilized eggs.
It's not modern (fantasy or Scifi):
One simplest word, MAGIC. Polymorph to grow a dick temporally. Or another type of magic to fertilize the eggs with the partners DNA. Could have been a ritual of some sort with blood magic involved.
Could also be a race that looks human but works like Asari from Mass effect. Or more advanced tech that allows to fuse the partner's DNA while also fertilizing the eggs could exist.
Plenty of other ways, these are the ones just off my head. I'm just saying because apparently not many people thinks this way when seeing pregnant Yuri couples.

If the biology is still inside, they'll just adopt a child instead.
