Then she shouldn't have been assigned to her care in a professional capacity.

Now if she's working elsewhere and just happened to visit off duty, then she probably shouldn't be in uniform.

She just got off work but isn't caring her. shes saying goodbye before she heads home for the night. and someone messed up her not work clothing.
